PCS is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
All products are covered by our 7 day DOA. This guarantee only covers faulty goods. It does not cover general wear and tear from product usage.We will not refund shipping costs.
We will not refund or accept returns for items where the buyer has changed his/her mind. We will only replace an item if it is faulty.
By default shipping insurance is not included and remains the responsibility of the buyer to request an insurance quote or provide their own insurance if required. 

Please note: To keep prices as low as possible and to be fair to local, as well as interstate customers, PCSImports has not added provision within any sale price of any shipping costs in the unlikely event that any items need to be returned for warranty claims. Therefore the customer is responsible to pay for all shipping costs to and from PCSImports.
